Coalition for Kids is partnering with Begin with Books, a Palmetto Project initiative, to support the expansion of Dolly Parton’s monthly books-by-mail program to 600 children in two high-poverty zip codes in Charleston County for one year. 7,200 books will be sent to the homes of children in the 29418 and 29420 zip codes.
